Non GMO statement

Non-GMO means “Non Genetically Modified Organism”. This encompasses that non-GMO products consist of plants, bacteria’s and yeasts which characteristics have not been altered by genetical modification.

The use of genetical modified organisms – thus GMO’s – is questionable because potential risks for the  human health are not entirely identified. With regards to the environment, the risks have not yet been sufficiently analyzed.

As long as the effects of genetically modification are not transparent, we as Inproba agreed upon that we will not use raw materials that contain (potential) genetically modified substances.
